Terms of Service
I, the artist, retain all copyright over the commissioned work. I do not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to include the artwork online and in future publications showcasing prior work.
You, the commissioner, may upload commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. You may not profit from the commissioned piece, or use the artwork for commercial purposes. You may not alter the commissioned artwork without the artists consent. You retain the right to the intellectual property.
Delivery
Most portraits take between 3-4 days from the start of sketch to deliver. This can be affected by delays in communication or personal emergencies.
Payment
Service is paid in full at the time of checkout.

Cancelations / Refunds
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your order you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel before I start you can get a full refund.
As a general rule, no refunds or exchanges are given for digital pieces which are already completed or near completion. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. I will do my best to honor reasonable requests, final decisions are at my discretion.
DO NOT REQUEST A PAYPAL/VENMO CHARGEBACK
The money will be transferred back to you personally. If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to do so, it will end with the loss of all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback & supply PayPal/Venmo with our conversations showing completed commission work. You will also be blacklisted for any future commissions.
Edits
Changes in the sketch phase of your commission are free.
There is one round of edits after lines/color, any edits after that are subject to a fee of $5+.
What do you get?
High resolution file of final drawing.
Final files are usually Jpeg but can be PNG by request.
Important note:
All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Emrys Dailey, aka Mrs. Gendered.
I do NOT deal in NFT artwork or design and none of my work may be used as such.
You can request for artwork to remain private or be published after a certain date. For example; if the item is a gift, project is unreleased.
Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you, the client, do not read the terms of services I will refuse your commission. I am not responsible for misconceptions regarding services.
